South Denver Anesthesiologists, P.C. (SDA), was incorporated in 1970 to provide improved efficiency and safety in the delivery of anesthesia services in the south metro Denver area. It has evolved since, continually adjusting to the needs of the hospitals and surgical staffs it serves. Anesthesia services are provided for all major surgical subspecialties.
Because of ongoing advances in anesthesia and surgery, we have formed several subspecialty teams to better address the needs of our surgeons and patients. We offer pediatric, trauma, cardiac, obstetrics, organ transplant, neuroanesthesia and acute postoperative pain teams. This allows us to match physician anesthesiologists who have special skills and experience with patients having special requirements.
When your surgeon schedules your surgery, he will let us know what kinds of subspecialty anesthesia services that we will need to provide and we will meet these needs accordingly. Because we provide virtually all of the anesthetic needs for the south Denver hospitals, we are very accustomed to working with your surgeon and at the hospital you have selected. Together we form a very effective team to provide perioperative services of the highest quality.
